An wholly likable alliance has formed between the Jefferson Symphony Orchestra and Blue Moon Brewing Company, and the result will be tonight’s Symphony of Tastes, an evening of classical music and brews.

Along with the soothing sounds and beer tastings, guests will be savor appetizers made by a master chef who’s incorporated the local beer into each dish. The JSO will also unveil its collection of one-of-a-kind painted and/or decorated violins created by local artist, now works of art available for purchase during a silent auction. All proceeds will benefit the JSO.
The event runs from 6 to 8 p.m. tonight at Rolling Hills Country Club, 15707 West 26th Avenue in Golden. Tickets are $65 ($40 is tax-deductible); call the Jefferson Symphony Orchestra at 303-278-4237.
