Le Central, the restaurant at 112 East Eighth Avenue, has billed itself as the Affordable French Restaurant since it opened close to thirty years ago. And now it’s getting even more affordable, introducing an incredible happy hour deal today that will run from 3-5 p.m. Thursdays through Saturdays.
The lineup includes super-French small plates at tiny prices carpaccio for $2?!?), as well as various drink specials. Le Central bakes its own bread and does in-house charcuterie, so the pate (for $1.50?!?) could be the best buy in town.
