Forget those newspaper and magazine articles you’ve been amassing year after year with information on properly roasting your bird. This holiday season, finding tips on taking your soiree up a notch is just a phone call away.

The Turning Leaf Vineyard’s Thanksgiving Tips Hotline will be live from 1 to 6 p.m. today through Wednesday, with wine experts Leslie Sbrocco and Christine Ansbacher and entertaining consultant Diane Phillips answering questions on the finer details of planning a memorable Thanksgiving meal.

In addition to doling out suggestions for table settings and music selection, the consultants will offer wine-pairing advice, recipes that offer unexpected twists on holiday classics, and tips on preparing a post-binge brunch with your leftovers. Their recipe for harvest squash risotto looks particularly scrumptious and would work well as either a vegetarian main or a side for turkey lovers.

The hotline is at 1-866-99-TLEAF — and if you miss out on your chance to talk to the dining divas live, you can still catch their pre-recorded tips and recipes 24 hours a day at the same number through November 23. For more information, visit www.turningleaf.com.

Nov. 19-21, 1-6 p.m., 2007
