At 6 p.m. tonight, Amato’s Ale House will throw a barrel-aged beer dinner. The four-course menu will feature seared sea scallops, smoked peppercorn-crusted ahi tuna, roast pork tenderloin and caramel corn panna cotta.
Each course will be paired with exclusive barrel-aged beer offerings from Breckenridge Brewery and River North Brewery. Reservations are $50 per person; call 303-433-9734 to make yours.
