Row 14 Bistro & Wine Bar is hosting its first annual Rose Patio Party this Sunday from 4 to 7 p.m. The restaurant will uncork twenty rose wines from around the world and pair them with what it calls “summer hors d’oeuvres,” serving everything on a patio that’s already one of our favorites downtown.
