In Cafe Society this week, Gretchen Kurtz reviewed Lotus Vegetarian Restaurant, which she found full of compassion but not so full of flavor. (Read the review here.) For Chef and Tell, Lori Midson talked with corporate chef Andrew Selvaggio about working at Smashburger and Tom’s Urban, as well as helping create Live Basil Pizza.
Also this week, we listed the Five Best Vegetarian Restaurants in metro Denver, as well as additional favorite vegan spots in Boulder.
As always, we’re tracking the new places opening in the area, including 300 Suns, making its debut in Longmont this weekend. And we’re saluting those that have closed, including the last All-V’s….
