One more in-case-you-missed-it moment from the weekend, this one local: Matt Morris and Justin Timberlake performing “Hallelujah” last night on the Hope For Haiti Telethon. Not quite as haunting as Buckley’s version, but the two kill it in their own right.

Update: The rest of the country was clearly moved by it, as their rendition is currently holding the number two spot on the iTunes singles chart. If you haven’t already caught Morris live yet, you can get your chance on Thursday, February 25, when burgeoning pop star stops by the Bluebird Theater for an intimate performance.
