$20,000

Last year’s Goodwill-sponsored Good Exchange for Change Fashion Show and Clothing Swap, which came right on the heels of Mondo Guerra’s stunning near-win on Project Runway, featured the local fashion superstar while banking on a trend-to-be: the clothing swap.

And it was a huge, sold-out success. Our beloved Mondo was the life of the party, which included a runway show of upcycled fashions created by high school students, a high-bid auction for a Mondo design and the clothing swap itself, which invited participants to bring ten gently used items to swap in the Goodwill spirit.

Of course, it’s back and bigger and better. At tonight’s event, Mondo will be flanked by fellow Colorado-based Project Runway alumni Fallene Wells and Julie Tierney in the auction portion of the evening, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Exdo Event Center.

Want to play? Start picking your ten items (the swap is optional, but why wouldn’t you want to try it?) and buy a ticket; admission is $25 (or $50 for the VIP red carpet) and all proceeds benefit Goodwill community programs. Visit the Goodwill’s website for tickets and information.
