$20,000

There’s a certain randomness to RedLine Gallery’s second annual Valentine’s Pajama Party: “You’ll get an authentic homemade Mexican meal, specialty cocktails, an open bar, DJs spinning, and there’s a contest for best pajamas and giveaways from Neiman Marcus,” says Louise Martorano, RedLine’s director of operations.

She also points out that you can just walk around and take in the art at the gallery, which includes a retrospective of the abstract works of the late Dale Chisman and a collective exhibit of works by RedLine’s nineteen artists in residence. “People can just come in and do whatever they want,” Martorano says. “In their pajamas.”

There’s also a Neiman Marcus-sponsored lingerie fashion show — lingerie being vaguely related to both pajamas and Valentine’s Day.

The party, which doubles as a fundraiser for RedLine, starts at 7 p.m. and goes until midnight. Tickets are $80 per couple or $45 per person (recall that open bar); the gallery is at 2350 Arapahoe Street. For tickets or information, call 303-296-4448 or visit www.redlineart.org.
