Thanks to the recent display of manic climate instability, Aspen Mountain is still boasting a 53″ base and will open 21 runs this weekend. The 2013-14 season pass for Premier Pass holders and 6-and-under pass holders will still be honored; all other pass holders can pay a discounted rate of $18. Day tickets for skiers and riders 13 and older will go for $36, while a kid’s ticket costs $24. The ticket kiosk on Gondola Plaza will be open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Skiers and riders can take the Silver Queen Gondola to and from the summit from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and the Ajax Express Lift from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
