Valentine’s Day is one of the most popular nights of the year for dining out, and more often than not, it’s an expensive proposition, but guess what? We’re offering a complimentary dinner for two at Mateo, one of Boulder’s top restaurants, and all you have to do to win is answer a very simple question.

As an added bonus, you don’t actually have to take advantage of this sweet deal on Valentine’s Day. The prix fixe dinner, the menu for which is on the next page, is available on February 11, 12 and 14. And you can choose your own reservation time.
