After a few predictable first-round knock-outs, the first round of Cafe Society’s Street 16 neighborhood tournament was marked by landslides — the closest match-up had a percentage differential of 18 percent (Uptown vs. South Broadway) and the biggest difference was that of 73 percent (Havana vs. South Federal.)
