Residents of the Ballpark neighborhood finally have a place to go on a grocery run. Dean’s Urban Market, a grocery store in the heart of the Ballpark neighborhood, opened last week, and it’s certainly a welcome addition to the hood.
Owner James Dean owns another location in Fairplay, and says he’d considered opening a second store in downtown Denver for some time. When the building at 1415 Park Avenue West went up for lease, he seized the opportunity.

Dean’s Urban Market is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
