Dish, Westword‘s annual eating orgy, is set for next Thursday evening, September 6 in the Sculpture Park at the Denver Performing Arts Complex. Like last year’s celebration, all of the participating restaurants and trucks will be coming at the express invitation of Cafe Society scribes.

One of the esteemed restaurants we tapped? Cafe|Bar, our pick for Denver’s Best Neighborhood Restaurant this year.

Owner: Dave Huguley

Chef: Eric Rivera

What will you be serving at Dish ? Two dishes. Butternut squash and porcini perogies with a chive crème fraîche, and ginger snap s’mores with house-made marshmallows, both of which are featured on Cafe|Bar’s fall menu.

What’s your favorite dish on your menu? Skuna Bay salmon with pine nut rice pilaf and Meyer lemon preserve.
