Inspired by the parillada at Caminito Tango, last week Laura Shunk served up Denver’s five best weekend-only restaurant specials.

That list prompted Jeremy to serve up two more specials…but you’ll have to wait until Sunday to try them.

–Pig Roast at Osteria Marco

–Roasted Tuscan Chicken at Ernie’s Pizza (same chicken as Zuni Cafe in SF where Sean Kelly learned the recipe)
