The corner of 32nd Avenue and Tejon is hopping. Cebiche’s old home is (slowly) turning into Chavin, and the North Star Brewery is being transformed into the LoHi SteakBar.

And right between the two, Mary Janes Pizza will open in June at 2013 West 32nd Avenue. According to the flier hanging from the front door of this little storefront, the pizzeria — delivery and carry-out only — will be open from 11 p.m. to 4:20 a.m., and addition to hot wings and pizza, it will also sell candy bars. Munchie hours and menu: that’s one way to differentiate yourself from the Pasquini’s that’s just a couple of blocks away at 2400 West 32nd.
