Duffeyroll Cafe got its start on the 16th Street Mall almost thirty years ago, as a food cart serving up hot cinnamon rolls called “Duffeyrolls.” From those modest origins, it went on to open three brick-and-mortar cafes, at Happy Canyon Shopping Center in 1986, then on South Pearl Street and in Englewood in 2010. The LoDo location was formerly occupied by Deli Zone.
While the family-owned company still makes those cinnamon rolls, Duffeyroll has expanded its menu; it now serves breakfast and lunch, as well as locally roasted coffee all day long.
Like the other stores, LoDo’s Duffeyroll Cafe will be open seven days a week.
