Restaurant roll call for August

The restaurant industry is softening, according to the National Restaurant Association. But you wouldn’t know that from all the activity on the Denver dining scene, including two important openings –Le Grand Bistro & Oyster Bar and Wild Catch — at the very end of August, as well as the closing of Big Game, the first in a series of changes on that stretch of Wazee Street.
