$20,000

We often get requests from readers who want to know where they can get their hands on hard-to-find ingredients, some of which, like tortillas made with lard, are relatively easy to find locally, but this latest question has us completely stumped.

Riza wants to know if there are any markets in, or around, Denver that sell (gulp) cow lungs — you know, to eat. In case you’ve never seen one on a plate (that would make two of us), the links below provide food for thought.

If you don’t know the whereabouts of cow lungs in Denver, Riza is also wondering if there’s an online source — or whether cow lungs are even legal in the United States.

Enlighten us.
