The special five-course dinner will feature new-style hamachi sashimi, housemade lamb sausage and banana leaf-wrapped red curry salmon, among other dishes. This isn’t the first time Tsai and Guard have collaborated on a meal; back in 2012, they cooked up another benefit at one of Guard’s other restaurants, TAG.
Tonight’s dinner will benefit Family Reach, a charity foundation that provides support and financial aid to families battling cancer. Seats are $85 per person; call 303-293-8500 to see what times are still available.
