Zolo Southwestern Grill chef Brett Smith will be cooking outdoors over an open fire tonight, when he joins farmer Jason Condon at Isabelle Farm in Lafayette for a true table-to-farm event. The activities start with a tour at 4:30 p.m., followed by a five-course meal at 5 p.m. that includes skillet Navajo bread, Leistikow Farms goat sausage, early summer mixed green salad, a mixed grill and a sweet skillet biscuit.
