Denver’s Jessica Posner is the winner of VH1’s “Do Something” award, bestowed upon the under-25-year old doing the most to change the world for the better. As proof she’s got her priorities straight, the Facebook page for Kenya’s Kibera School for Girls, whose good works earned Posner VH1’s praise (and a $100,000 prize), hasn’t been updated to reflect her victory.
Clearly, they’ve got too much to do to bother with basking in the glow, deserved though it is. Look below to see Posner’s moment in the spotlight alongside the program’s host, Glee‘s Jane Lynch. It’s a moment even Sue Sylvester could appreciate.
