Just in case you hadn’t heard, there’s a new Star Wars movie coming out this month.
Really. We’re serious.
In honor of the forthcoming flick, the folks at the Match dating website have crunched the numbers to determine which cities offer Star Wars fans the best chance to meet either males or females who can tell Alderaan from Tatooine.
Turns out that one place in Colorado scores very well in terms of folks mentioning Star Wars-related terms and even better when it comes to the number of female Star Wars fans.
It doesn’t do as well in terms of male Star Wars fans, though. Apparently, most of the Hans there aren’t currently Solo.
Count down the Match data for Star Wars mentions, plus the male and female lists, as well as random information about Star Wars fans in general, illustrated by photos from two Westword slide shows – THE BEST COSTUMES OF STARFEST 2013 and COMICS NERDS AND STAR WARS GEEKS GET IT ON AT BEASTIVAL 2.
