Where’s the beef? It was at Denver’s poshest hotels this morning. An annual tradition of the National Western Stock Show took place once again as the Grand Champion steer was lead into the lobby of the Brown Palace Hotel while onlookers enjoyed tea service. Remi, the winner, and Moses, the Reserve Grand Champion, got the royal treatment among rodeo queens and respected ranchers, proving that after more than 70 years of mingling with the livestock, Denverites are still proud of their cow-town roots.
