Diane Sanfilippo, Caitlin Weeks and Nabil Boumar will be at the Tattered Cover in Highlands Ranchat 7 p.m. today to sign and discuss their book, Mediterranean Paleo Cooking. The caveman fad got its start in Colorado with the creation of the Paleo Diet; now it’s become a worldwide hit.

And speaking of worldwide, the Seasoned Chef Cooking School is offering students a global culinary trip with its Cake Me Around the World for Christmas class. Tonight from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., you can explore cake-making techniques from seven different countries. Class is $65; register here.
