Gretchen Kurtz officially set down the fork and knife at the end of 2015, relinquishing her role as Westword‘s restaurant critic to spend more time with her family. But she’s back this week with the newly revived Chef & Tell series, in which she talks with Amos Watts about his new job as executive chef at Old Major.

This was also a week of noodles, beginning with a dive into a Thai coconut curry dish called khao soi before moving onto our list of the ten best Asian noodle houses in Denver.
