Judging by the photos on her Facebook page, Kaylin Schimpf would never be mistaken for a diva — and she denies having behaved rudely during her reign as queen of the Larimer County Fair. Nonetheless, she’s been stripped of her title, as has her lady in waiting, Kayla Myers, reportedly amid disagreements over a $10,000 scholarship and rules about how the dough would be spent. Said County Commissioner Steve Johnson, the liaison to the fair, “This program was becoming a liability.
