Mary Nguyen is a self-taught chef and a leading figure in Denver’s culinary scene. She is founder and president of the Olive & Finch Collective, a diverse portfolio that includes restaurants, cafés, and a food and beverage production and distribution company. She serves on several civic and industry boards, including Visit Denver and the Downtown Development Authority, and was a member of the City’s Vibrant Denver Bond Executive Committee.
