These Are the Top Artists Denver Listened to on Spotify This Year

Many people are deciding to get rid of Spotify, but others are creatures of habit. Aside from wanting to preserve their playlists, another reason for keeping the streaming app is its end-of-year Spotify Wrapped, which highlights the music that users listened to the most the previous twelve months.

Now Spotify has released the artists, albums and songs streamed in Denver in 2025, and the results are…pretty basic. They could be expected from any city or town across the states. Denver’s top-five artists on Spotify included Degrassi: Next Generation star Drake and Taylor Swift, who released an album this summer with the depth of a rain puddle (it did not appear on Denver’s top-five albums). Some of the top songs, meanwhile, were by artists who didn’t appear on the top-five list, including “Pink Pony Club” by Chappel Roan. Who didn’t have that tune stuck in their head at least ten times this year?

One thing’s for sure: Denver does have some taste, at least when it comes to Kendrick Lamar, who dominated Denver’s lists and marked a stellar, politically tinged performance at the Super Bowl this year. And then there’s Bad Bunny, the halftime performer for the upcoming Super Bowl, who also appeared on one of Denver’s Wrapped lists.
