Some people are really easy to buy for, and some…not so much. But it’s not hard to delight the music lovers on your list, because there’s always a new show, a new album, tarps to sit on and art to admire.

Tarp + Tapestry = Tarpestry
From $79, available at Tarpestry.com
The festivalgoers in your life will appreciate not having to lug heavy camp chairs while also avoiding soggy butt syndrome. Tarpestry is now made in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, but the couple who founded the company started selling them out of their Denver garage, and that’s good enough for us. Tarpestry blankets combine soft and comfy colorful fabrics with water-repellent bases and feature corner pockets and grommets for staking down in high winds. Perfect for Leavitt Pavilion or Jazz in City Park.

Season Passes to Slay Scalperbots
If your giftee growls when scalperbots snap up tickets within seconds, consider giving them a season pass. AEG is offering limited quantities of season passes to all 2026 shows at the Bluebird ($495 with a plus-one option for an additional $250) and the Mission Ballroom ($1,650, plus-one for an additional $825). Restrictions apply: Only one season pass and one plus-one may be purchased per household. Tickets are non-transferable and not eligible for resale. If you’re purchasing a plus-one, your guest must arrive with you. There are no refunds or exchanges for cancelled shows, venue changes, etc. Finally, season passes exclude non-public events, non-ticketed events, private events and venue rentals.
Cervantes Masterpiece and Cervantes Other Side also have a slew of season pass options; check them out here. If your music lover loves the fabulous free shows at Levitt Pavilion (and who doesn’t?), treat them to a Friend Membership. For $300, they (and a guest) will enjoy early admission to all free shows, complimentary chair rentals, six drinks per season and other perks, including the joy of supporting a great foundation.
