If there’s anything we can learn from ICP, it’s that clowns, no matter how evil, are still pretty much clowns. Sure, they may be wielding knives and sporting menacing face paint, but at the end of the day, they’re still piling into the clown car and being perplexed over the question of fuckin’ magnets, specifically, how do they work? We can also possibly learn that clowns and rap music do not mix well — a claim that is further supported by this video, in which a Halloween clown “jiggles it” until she jiggles her head into the TV set.
Watch this video all the way through. Then go back to 0:21 and watch that several times, and then note that the noise she makes right after her noggin collides with the TV — particularly considering the mask she’s wearing — is the most appropriate noise she could possibly make.
The pressing question here, though, is what is actually going on in this video. It appears to be some kind of amateur dance thing, but if that’s the case, why is the TV blaring the whole time? And why is one of the dancers cut almost completely out of the frame? If you really think about it, the gourd-hitting is only a small part of the absurd nonsense taking place here.

Then again, the things people film themselves doing rarely make a whole lot of sense.
