You love cocktails. You love Wes Anderson. Methinks that could lead one to a dangerous crossroads. But that is the delicious dilemma of Bitter Bar mixologist Mark Stoddard, who tonight will host a Wes Anderson Cocktail Social, featuring mixed drinks inspired by four quirky Wes Anderson flicks: Bottle Rocket (a Tom Collins, with Hayman’s Old Tom Gin) , Fantastic Mr. Fox (a Jack Rose of applejack and grenadine), The Royal Tenenbaums (the Royal Martini) and The Darjeeling Limited (Sweet Lime Punch). What a delightfully loony and neurotic buzz awaits all who attend!
Dress as your favorite Wes Anderson character, hear Stoddard wax on his drink formulas and deep love for the filmmaker, and enjoy a cocktail; your first is included in the admission price. The social begins at 10 p.m.; tickets are $10 in advance or $15 at the door.
