So you fancy yourself a ski bum, huh? You might want to see how your resume stacks up against Colorado’s Chris Tatsuno, who was recently named the winner of the Powder Highway Ultimate Ski Bum Contest.

Tatsuno’s 90-second video (above) was deemed the best out of the 100 ultimate-ski-bum-wannabe entries. Tatsuno’s resume highlights? This second generation ski bum was born in a snowstorm, his middle name is yukio — the Japanese word for snow — he’s spent the last four winters following and competing in the Freeskiing World Tour, and he doesn’t have a permanent address. Tatsuno’s new title gets him three months of free skiing around British Columbia’s Powder Highway at resorts like Revelstoke, Red Mountain and Whitewater, as well as 16 days of heli and cat skiing. Not too shabby for a ski bum.
