Aspiring filmmakers, rejoice! You could soon have $2,500 for a project.
The Denver Film Society is taking submissions for its inaugural PitchLatino, which “seeks projects in pre-production that highlight Latino voices, culture and themes within the community.” The project is part of the Denver Film Society’s CineLatino Film Festival, which takes place at the Sie FilmCenter September 22-25.
The deadline to submit is August 5 at 5 p.m. Winners will be notified August 12. Film crews must be based in Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Arizona or Utah and must be 21 and over. Only short-form narratives (sixty minutes and under) will be considered.
