The FBI dubbed her “Cowboy Bob.” After serving a stint in prison, Tallas swore off crime. But at sixty, she couldn’t resist one last holdup, which ended in a low-speed police chase culminating in a fatal shootout. Now Square Product Theatre has joined forces with Buntport Theater Company to produce Peggy Jo and the Desolate Nothing, a tragicomic exploration of Tallas’s life.
