Ready to clean out your brain and start fresh in 2013? Life coach Tama Kieves has some ideas on how to glide into the new year with a serene smile on your face, and she’ll be sharing them at today’s event, Living Your Sweetest Year Yet: Ushering in the Year with Intention and Grace.
Kieves — who calls herself a “passion” guide — says “you can’t settle for a life of ‘almost’ when inspiration calls,” and she’ll show you how to put all your eggs in one basket and move ahead, through meditation methods and rituals, the creation of soul collages and the art of letting go.
