When Frank Warren famously handed out hundreds of postcards in 2004 to strangers on the street, asking them to write down a secret and send the cards back anonymously, the big surprise is that they really did it. It was such a popular project, in fact, that Warren turned it into an online blog, a series of books and a touring exhibition; a mobile phone app is even in the works.
Intrigued? You can see it firsthand when PostSecret, the exhibit, opens to the public with a reception tonight at 6:30 p.m., and even better, you can throw a log on the fire: Foothills invites you to get a blank postcard (or pick one up free at the FAC), create your own artful PostSecret admission and mail it to the Foothills Art Center any time through June 20.
