Ladies, this one’s just for you. Today, the Ladies Only Sample Tour invites you to shop, mingle and get to know local business owners during an open-door event in various shopping districts across the metro area. By purchasing an all-access bracelet from participating stores and restaurants, shoppers get special free samples, tasty snacks and a coupon book good for future use.
“It’s a fun night — the people who shop have a good time and, as a store owner, I get to meet those coming in to learn about my store,” says Karen Miller, owner of Paws ‘n’ Play and president of the Historic Old Towne Arvada Association.
Sponsored by the Original Shopping District, an alliance of local merchants, the tour, from 4 to 8 p.m., aims to connect customers with businesses in the shopping districts of Old South Pearl, Historic Downtown Golden and the Historic Old Towne Arvada (Historic Downtown Littleton is sold out).
