Hot fashion can strike at any moment, and stylish people can look great even while doing mundane things. We spotted this nautical look on Christine Dan, who works at the Hyatt Regency Denver, while she was waiting for the bus on 15th and Glenarm streets. We stopped to chat with her to discover her style influences and fashion inspirations.
This black leather purse with gold buckle may appear simple, but it has understated elegance and adds sophistication to Dan’s look. She found it online. “I always shop online,” says Dan, who is originally from China.
This head-to-toe look is well-rounded, with black, high-waisted harem pants that add volume to Dan’s silhouette; Dan’s accessories complete her “free-style” look.  “If it suits me, I will wear it,” she adds.

These shiny, patent leather chunky heels with wingtip along the toes and ankle strap elevate Dan’s look to the next level of high fashion.

Dan proves that style can be found in unlikely places, all around the world. Always look your best, Denver, even when waiting for the bus. You never know who may be taking note of your style.
