Everyone’s favorite wine-and-yoga night, Vino and Vinyasa, returns tonight to lululemon athletica, 3000 East Third Avenue. “It’s one of the best-received events that we do here,” says lululemon’s Sybil Mortimer. And no wonder, when the instructor is Baptiste-certified yogi Dave Farmar — which means that he’s studied under the renowned Baron Baptiste, who’s worked with numerous celebrities, offered worldwide live trainings and workshop presentations and developed the practice of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga.

Vinyasa yoga refers to a fluid series of yoga poses. “When they say ‘vinyasa,’ they’re talking about a flow of poses,” explains Mortimer. “One breath, one movement.” Afterward, participants will be offered wine and hors d’oeuvre in a casual setting where they can chat with Farmar.

Get powerful for a good cause: The $5 minimum requested donation benefits the Cambodian Children’s Fund. Call lululemon at 720-941-6470; visit www.sevachallenge.com for information on the fund.

If you’ve ever learned something new, stayed informed, or felt more connected because of Westword, now’s the time to give back.
