Big names in comedy are headed for the mic in Denver.
Ali Wong, who broke out in 2016 with Baby Cobra on Netflix, will perform at Comedy Works Larimer Square on June 9 and 10.
Queer Eye star Jonathan Van Ness is also coming to the Mile High City for a show at the Paramount Theatre on October 25.
Wong, who is bringing her "Work in Progress" show to Denver, is also known for her second Netflix special, Hard Knock Wife, and for co-writing and starring in the Netflix movie Always Be My Maybe. Wong has stood out in comedy for her jokes about motherhood, being married and feminism.
Meanwhile, Van Ness brings his tour, Hot & Healed, to Denver. He became popular as Queer Eye's hair guru and went on to host the podcast Getting Curious with Jonathan Van Ness.
