Paddock isn't the only one whose voice counts, though: Tonight the DAM will host Untitled #28 (F-Stop), the latest installment in its interactive, multimedia Untitled series, and attendees will vote for one of two pre-selected photographs from Exposure, to determine which will hang permanently in the museum. Of course, the usual Untitled spread will be laid out, including live music from local indie-rock bands The Still City and Astrophagus, sets from Denver's DJ Postman and a performance by the Buntport Theater crew. And Paddock will be on hand to discuss the treasure-hunting he did in the museums archives while putting together Exposure, which he hopes will "lead people to think differently not only about photography, but also about the world, themselves and each other."
F-Stop stops at the DAM, 100 West 14th Avenue Parkway, from 6 to 10 p.m.; admission ranges from $3 to $10. For tickets and more info, call 720-865-5000 or visit www.denverartmuseum.org.
