It’s hard to believe, considering all the work that goes into building a successful craft and flea market, but Amy Yetman’s picture-perfect seasonal Horseshoe Market only goes live for four days each year. Though she still stands by the one-day-only “get lucky” market model, Yetman began tossing around the idea of putting some of the market’s magic online, and she’s just launched the result, luckyfinds.com. It's starting small with an offering of three gift baskets — titled Rejuvenate & Inspire, Taste of the Horseshoe and an Old Fashioned Cocktail — stocked up with goods from Colorado vendors.
"The inspiration for this site was really to be able to connect customers to our amazing vendors throughout the year,” Yetman explains. “This gives us an exciting opportunity to extend the life of each market by offering people the option to shop online from a curated selection of goods.”
The baskets, each packed with curated goodness, retail for $60 to $70 each; shipping is free on orders placed by December 11 that use the code GETLUCKY at checkout. And Yetman says this is just the beginning of something beautiful: “Moving forward, Luckyfinds.com will feature not only gift boxes but some of the most amazing, unique, small batch, one-of-a-kind special items that have made the Horseshoe Market one of the most amazing shopping destinations in the West.”
