To help attract customers during BRT construction, Denver’s mayor will clock in for shifts at three businesses; he’ll only tend bar at one.

Mountain views from the rooftop, firepits on the front patio and an impressive opening beer lineup are on tap.

The beers, which debuted this week, are brewed on Prost’s new state-of-the-art system.

Closing time will not be pushed to 3 a.m., but the battle over last call in Colorado isn’t over.

The stacked chef lineup includes James Beard-nominated Dana Rodriguez and Chopped champion Zuri Resendiz.
