Until 10 p.m. tonight, 240 owner Michael Coughlin will donate 25 percent of all food proceeds to the center, which helps more than 10,000 lost and homeless animals each year.

Chefs Nicolle Verville and Arnand Chaturvedula will be in the kitchen, working off a menu that changes with the seasons and features daily specials.

The restaurant is located (not surprisingly) at 240 Union Boulevard in Lakewood; for reservations and more information, call 303-989-3562..
