Colorado’s second Steak ‘n Shake has opened at 3502 River Point Parkway in the River Point development in Sheridan. The iconic burger emporium first appeared in Colorado last November, when it opened in Centennial to a swarm of weeping fans.
Steak ‘n Shake got its start in Normal, Illinois in 1934 and has since opened over 500 restaurants throughout the country. “We’re planning to open five Steak ‘n Shakes around the city by 2013,” Mark Clark, a partner in Colorado’s Steak ‘n Shake empire, told Lori Midson last year.
With the second now open, they’re well on their way.
