The Ale House at Amato’s was all lit up last night, displaying its new neon sign to the neighbors while wining (or beering) and dining some friends inside. But while the place looks ready to go, there are a few details to work out — and so the official opening has been pushed back from today until Wednesday, March 30.
Still, the project has been on the fast track — and didn’t seem to miss a beat when the Breckenridge Brewing Company, which came up with the idea for putting a new brewpub in the old statuary store, merged with the Wynkoop Brewing Company folks.
