The three-course fundraising dinner will showcase sustainably farmed (at the very urban GrowHouse) rainbow trout and more. Admission is $55 (wine pairings are an additional $15), and all proceeds will go to the GrowHouse. Contact either Jax restaurants to make your reservation.
