Sign of the times. Ocean, the last restaurant in Jim Sullivan’s once-mighty empire of eateries, closed in late September, and soon, an auction company will be offering some Ocean-front property.

Signs posted by the City of Denver’s treasurer and an auction company on the windows at the former Cherry Creek North steak and seafood place advertise a sale on November 20. The company, SchurSuccess, doesn’t have the specifics yet, but its website confirms the notice that a viewing will start at 9 a.m. that day with the public auction to follow at 10 a.m. Go to www.schur-success.com for more details.
