This is how the West was fun! Prairie Ridge Buffalo Ranch, Left Hand Brewing and Kachina Southwestern Grill are teaming up to put on a night of bison and beer this evening.

The third annual Bison & Beer dinner at Kachina Southwestern Grill will feature bison from Prairie Ridge Buffalo Ranch and beer from Left Hand Brewing Company.
The night kicks off at 6:30 p.m. with a cocktail reception with the ranchers and brewers, followed by a four-course bison dinner at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $45; visit www.kachinagrill.com.
